The Form Template Manager is where all of your template documents will live, within the Papers tab. Let’s look at how to send a form to a client so that they can fill it out and sign it:
From the Papers tab on the left, go to “Form Template Manager”.
Any form templates that you’ve already created will be listed here. If you don’t have any yet, check out the iCouch Form Library, or choose “Add Form” to start building your own personal form library. You can select the form by ticking the checkbox beside it:
After ticking the box, you’ll see that the “Actions” button at the top is available to click on:
Now you can choose to share the file with someone, archive it, or delete it. Let’s choose share:
You’ll now be able to share the form with any of your clients who have an iCouch account. Just click in the “Recipient” box and choose which client to send it to. Then push “Share now”.
