How to use the iCouch Form Library

The iCouch Form Library gives you a bunch of pre-made options to create a form, and allows you to edit them to customize for your practice needs. Here are some helpful tips:

 

Using a Form from the iCouch Form Library
 

From the Papers tab on the left, go to “Form Template Manager”.

 

 

The iCouch Form Library is accessible at the top right:

 

 

You’ll see many of the most popular forms, and we’re adding to this list all the time!

 

Copy to My Templates

 

After you’ve chosen a form, click “Copy to My Templates” to add to your Form Template Manager.

 

Editing the Form

 

The form will automatically open into an editing mode, where you can fine-tune the form to be exactly what you want.

 

Once you’re done with the fine-tuning, push “Save” at the top, and your form will appear in your Form Template Manager. If you’re interested in seeing a bit more detail about how to customize the forms, check out the article “Creating a Custom Form”.
