Adding a Video Session to an Appointment

You can add in a video session right from the calendar, when scheduling an appointment! Here’s how:
From “Calendar” on the left, your calendar will appear, where you can choose “Add Appointment”:
Once you’ve selected your client, you can choose your appointment type. If you choose one of the options linked to Secure Video, then you’ll have some options for setting up your video link:
Choose this option if you want to create a quick, generic link to send to your client. It looks like this:
If you’ve already created a video room link to use for this particular client or session type, choose this, and then pick the room link you’d like to use:
You can create a new room link directly from this appointment by choosing this option. You’ll be prompted to choose a name for the room, and push “Create”:
Go ahead and fill out the rest of your appointment information, then click “Save” at the bottom to schedule your appointment with your video room link.
