How to Schedule an Appointment

From the Dashboard, click “Calendar”:
You’ll see the calendar appear, set to your time zone. At the top of the calendar, push the “Add Appointment” button:
Complete the appointment information and push the “Save” button at the bottom:
When adding a client, select “Add People” and you’ll see a dropdown of all people added to your account. Just push the checkbox beside their name and push OK:
If you’d like to add more than one client, you can check the checkbox beside as many clients as you want to add, or otherwise, you can add them each individually by pushing the “Add People” button again:
When adding in the appointment type, make sure you’ve created some appointment type choices to choose from. For help on how to do this, check out this article. To add an appointment type, click the dropdown and select your choice:
Once you’ve made your selection, an option will pop up to choose a room link if the choice was made for a video appointment.
To generate a quick URL, just push the button:
And a URL will autopopulate:
Use this URL to paste into a message or email to your client.
If you’ve already created a video link room for your clients, you can choose it from the dropdown under “Existing Room”:
Or you can create a new room by typing in the room name you’d like to use:
Choose a date, time, and set the price for the appointment:
Then select any reminder emails/texts you’d like sent to your client. You can choose more than one if you’d like:
If you want to change the status of the appointment, you can do so here too. Otherwise, it will default to “Scheduled”:
Then, don’t forget to push “Save”! You’ll now be able to see your appointment on the calendar view:
