Your client will get a notification in their client portal when they’ve received a new invoice from you. The notification will appear here:

And if they have text notifications enabled with you, they’ll get a text that looks like this:

The invoices will look very similar to the way they look in your practitioner’s portal. They can go to Money and check the status of their invoices to see if they need to make a payment:

The paid invoices look like this:

And if they want to make a payment to an outstanding invoice, they can click on the invoice number and click the “Pay Now” button at the top right:

From here, they’ll be asked to enter their payment info:
